The course of Strategy and Value Creation aims to provide its participants with an opportunity to improve or acquire soft skills of formulation and management in the organisations strategy. Incorporating a methodology focused on case studies, it seeks to provoke sharing experiences and discussing solutions based on problems posed by managers in the context of school. This innovative approach combines learning theoretical frameworks with their practical application, always accompanied in class by themselves, the managers of the explored real cases. The preparation of a project in the final moment of the course provides the opportunity for participants to test their own skills development.
