Message from the Coordinator

The success of Project Management is determined by its systemic, multidisciplinary and multifunctional view, and flexibility in the integration of context changes, providing growth monitoring of the activity of organisations, whatever their nature. In this perspective, the Executive Course in Project Management provides an integrated approach to concepts, methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and control of different stages of a complex process - a route which is intended for permanent innovation.
