For most people who care about ethics, the issue is not the business case, but the promotion of the values and the cost of lack of ethics.
In fact, regardless of the approach, bad ethical practices may mean the loss of an organisation’s greatest assets: its reputation. So the management of ethical risks is now considered by a growing number of organisations as a crucial aspect and the development of ethical performance management systems begin to be seen in a comprehensive and integrated approach that goes far beyond the mere existence of a code of ethics or conduct.
The construction and maintenance of an effective and robust performance management system of ethics allow consolidate trusts, whether externally or internally and ensure alignment between the actions of employees and the organisation's values, contributing to better performance. The main reason for the creation of this course was to support organisations in this process, which we believe is fundamental.
