Ministry credits benefit schools from most favored contexts

Público, November 29th, 2014 [in Portuguese]

The attribution of schedule credits to schools as a reward for the gains achieved is  a new practice, without much history. It is also a practice that involves the inconvenience of  supporting schools that improve their performance: on the one hand, support is annual and rewards one-off improvements; on the other, sets aside the merit of schools that are gradually improving their performance, even in difficult environments and due to  pedagogical strategies sustained over years of hard work.
